Since 2001  Easton Yoga has been a partnership between our students, teachers and staff.  Together we have created a center for healthy living in the Greater Lehigh Valley, Western New Jersey and Upper Bucks County Area.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Easton, three blocks from center square and just minutes off of routes 78 & 22, we provide a convenient sanctuary for relaxation and revitalization.

For 9 years Easton Yoga has been a resource for our community through programs that integrate time-honored traditions with our busy lifestyle along with new and exciting twists to keep you healthy and balanced!

Throughout the year we offer additional opportunities to study pilates, hooping, creative movement, nutritional counseling and seminars on enhancing a holistic lifestyle.

Our Belly Dance programs have come to be a place for women to dance, connect with their feminine beauty, and learn rhythm.   In the past four years we have grown this program to offer a variety of dance styles from teachers that can provide an environment that is encouraging to all ages, & body shapes!

We understand there are many reasons why people don't dance... too little time, two left feet, too old. While these may seem like good reasons, there are better reasons to get out there.  

Easton Yoga is not only a center for healthy living, but also a center for Dance and Movement.  Our teachers are caring, professional and passionate about dance!

Below are a bunch of good reasons to get out on the dance floor for your mental health.

    It's fun. You've seen other people dance... you can do it too.
    It builds confidence and self-esteem which will leave you standing taller.
    It's a great way to meet new people in a comfortable setting.
    Dancing is tremendously beneficial in keeping us young. It retards the aging process immensely. 
    It benefits our heart, cardiovascular system and increases our lung capacity.
Aids in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, which is a major concern for woman, especially             during post-menopause because of the significant drop in estrogen that occurs at this stage.
    Dance keeps joints lubricated, which helps prevent arthritis.
    An Hour of dance class can burn between 250- 450 calories.
