Since 2001  Easton Yoga has been a partnership between our students, teachers and staff.  Together we have created a center for healthy living in the Greater Lehigh Valley, Western New Jersey and Upper Bucks County Area.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Easton, three blocks from center square and just minutes off of routes 78 & 22, we provide a convenient sanctuary for relaxation and revitalization.

For 9 years Easton Yoga has been a resource for our community through programs that integrate time-honored traditions with our busy lifestyle along with new and exciting twists to keep you healthy and balanced!

Throughout the year we offer additional opportunities to study pilates, hooping, creative movement, nutritional counseling and seminars on enhancing a holistic lifestyle.

Our Belly Dance programs have come to be a place for women to dance, connect with their feminine beauty, and learn rhythm.   In the past four years we have grown this program to offer a variety of dance styles from teachers that can provide an environment that is encouraging to all ages, & body shapes!

Please feel free to call the studio or email us if you have any questions about our center.

Easton Yoga’s Yoga School
200hr Yoga Teacher Training
April - November 2011 with
Alicia Rambo Wozniak and Leigh Ann Stratakos

After nine years of building and growing a thriving yoga community, Easton Yoga is excited to launch our very own Yoga School with a  200-hour Teacher Training Program. Scheduled to begin in April 2011, our program is designed for students who are ready to take their personal practice to the next level, while at the same time, learning how to become competent yoga teachers. It is an opportunity to delve further into the foundations of Hatha Yoga (including asanas, pranayama, mantra and meditation) while learning the creative art of intelligent sequencing, proper alignment and effective, safe adjustments, both verbal and hands-on.

Alicia Rambo-Wozniak (Easton Yoga, Director), and Leigh Ann Stratakos (3 Moons Yoga, Owner, BIO) invite you to join them on an exciting journey inward, full of exploration, play, journaling, and self-discovery! With over 15 years of  combined experience, Alicia and Leigh Ann will guide you as you search for your inner teacher and bring your voice fully into the light to share with others. Learn the critical skills and develop your knowledge in a safe space to gain the confidence to teach. The Yoga School program includes special sessions with nationally recognized teachers: Max Strom (breathwork), Sean Johnson (Mantra and Bhakti Yoga), and Jamie Elmer (Anatomy).

Read more about Alicia and Leigh Ann on their teacher pages!

Completion of all course requirements and assignments will leave you with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of teaching yoga. You will be eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, the national organization that registers teachers.
