
It may seem cliche to choose Gratitude for the monthly theme in November but perhaps rather than thinking of this month a s a time to begin a gratitude practice, we spend it expanding our gratitude practice.
We get on our yoga mat and exercise our muscles, stamina, breath, prana....why not our compassion, gratitude & joy as well?
I am grateful for the yoga community that has built around and within Easton Yoga!
