Free Foundations Class!
The first Sunday of every month we off a FREE Foundations level class! This class is free for all first time participants and membership clients* and $5 for all returning students. The class is a guided practice and introduction to fundamental postures, breath work and other movement exercises to help you begin or restart a yoga practice.

Yoga 101 Series
This simple concept, “start where you are” - is the yogic foundation for change and transformation. Easton Yoga has been guiding individuals on the beginning of their path to wellness and better personal movement practices for over 20 years. Our Yoga 101, Start Where You Are, will give a basic foundation to build from over a 5 week process: Teaching you adaptive practices to help you come to yoga with confidence, curiosity and kindness for yourself. Our teacher meet each student with support & compassion as we explore breath centered movement to build confidence, flexibility and strength.
Jump right in with a beginners class!
Begin with Movement! Our Beginner classes are powerful learning experiences in which you will literally rediscover your body, how it works, and what it can do. All Beginner classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga postures and breathing technique. You will begin by focusing on the basics, but it won’t stop there. These classes are always exciting because in every class you learn and do something new. Great for students who are new to yoga, or for students needing more modifications or just seeking a more gentle class.
